When using the "Withdraw from ATM” option (Withdrawal from Standard Bank ATM), you will be sent a voucher number and the pin number.
To withdraw using this method:
- Login to your YesPlay account.
- Under “My Wallet” click on “Make Withdrawal”.
- Select the option “Withdrawal from ATM”.
- Follow the prompts to complete the required information.
In order for you to be able to withdraw using the Instant Money method, you will be sent a voucher number and the PIN number via SMS.
Once you receive the voucher number and PIN, visit your nearest Standard Bank ATM and withdraw the money using your voucher number and pin that you received. You can also redeem the funds at any of the following stores:
