If you have an SA ID
- To verify your account with a South African ID, go to the verification page.
- Enter your SA ID number, then select your real name from the list.
- You'll need to verify your phone number. Simply enter the 4-digit code sent to you via SMS.
If you don’t have an SA ID
If you don’t have an SA ID card, go to the verification page.
- Select the country that issued your document, then choose the document type.
- Take a clear photo of your document following the instructions shown.
- Upload a photo or photos of your document following the instructions.
- If required, upload valid proof of residence (not older than 3 months).
- Wait for your documents to be verified.
If you’re not SA resident
Unfortunately, to use YesPlay services, you must be a South African resident and provide proof of residence not older than 3 months.
